This is based on the brainstorming session January 7th in which we tried to list any and all
possible principles we could think of. We've probably missed some important things and we may
decide that some of those listed below are not appropriate. For now it is a first draft, categorized
rather roughly. Please make any changes or additions below as you think of them.

- Offload common services, e.g. access to standard forms
- Facilitate data generation, eg. surveys
- Provide informational support, e.g. various handbooks
Raymond: We should spend some more time and develop a larger list of things here before continuing..
James: Yes, I agree... this is the heart of what we're trying to do.
Adhere to established web design principles
- Less is more
- Quick, efficient browsing
- Readable content files (download, print, access, index)
- Consistency is next to Godliness

- Meet information needs of all users (Mark: I think we definitely need to clarify this!)
