Encourage everyone in the group to create a page for themselves. These pages will be automatically linked to when people post discussion comments on pages.

Member pages, like regular web home pages, can contain pretty much anything - name, email address, pictures, contact information, schedules, links to other home pages on the web, etc.

Member pages can also be used as work diaries, so that everyone can find out what others are working on, documents they've created, and so on.
